Strong Foundations booking and cancellation policy

Your £99 booking reserves a place in one weekly group for the full six-week programme. Please check all six dates before booking.

Booking your place

Your place is confirmed once health screening has been reviewed, you have accepted this policy, payment has been received and I have sent confirmation. Any temporary hold will have a payment deadline, after which the place may be released.

Cancellations and missed sessions

At least seven days before your first session: cancel by emailing hello@barbellestrength.co.uk for a full refund. Notice is counted from when your email arrives.

Less than seven days before starting, or withdrawal during the block: I will try to refill your remaining place. Any refund will reflect the unused sessions, less reasonable direct losses, accounting for costs saved and replacement bookings. I will explain any deduction, which will not exceed the unused session value. If the remaining place is fully refilled at the same price without additional direct costs, that unused value will be refunded. Otherwise, a reduced refund or no refund may be due.

Individual missed sessions: there is no routine refund, credit or guaranteed catch-up, as your place remains reserved.

Illness or injury: please contact me privately. A transfer to a later block may be possible, subject to availability and suitability; otherwise the cancellation terms above apply.

If I cancel or the programme is unsuitable

If I cancel a session, I will offer a replacement date or refund that session if you cannot attend the replacement. At the introductory price, this is £16.50 per session.

If I cancel the block, including because fewer than four participants are confirmed, I will refund all undelivered sessions. A significant change to the agreed schedule or venue will also give you the choice of accepting it or receiving a refund for affected undelivered sessions.

If screening shows the programme is unsuitable before it begins, any payment will be refunded in full.

Refunds and your rights

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment account within 14 calendar days of confirming the amount. Any earlier legal deadline takes priority.

Fixed-date leisure bookings do not normally have the usual statutory 14-day cooling-off right. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. The version supplied when you book applies to your booking.
